Timeline 

A suggested timeline for your herb farm wedding...
3:15pm             Guest arrive – mingle in the gardens until the ceremony commences 

3:30pm             Arrival of the Bridal Party and Bride – ceremony commences 

4:00pm             Champagne and Canapés – served in the gardens while guests mingle and bridal party moves to another area of the herb farm gardens for wedding photos. 

5:30pm             Seating – guests move into the reception area (café/marquee) to be seated (shared platter starters can be on the tables) 

6:00pm             Bridal Party enter the reception and are welcomed and seated 

6:15pm             Speeches – formalities begin and first speeches are completed 

6:45pm             Main Course is served – tables will be directed to the buffet in an order that is specified by the bridal couple 

7:30pm             Speeches – remainder of speeches 

8:00pm             Cutting of the Cake – the Bride and Groom cut the cake 

8:20pm             Dessert is served from the buffet 

8:45pm             Tea, Coffee and Cake – available from the buffet 

9:15pm             Bridal Dance – the Bride and Groom open the dance floor with the first dance of the evening and the party commences! 

11:45pm           Last drinks – the bar closed and the band/music finishes
