Description

Our Wild Yam Cream supports natural hormone and mood balance. It helps to support your body to produce the "happy hormone" progesterone and is suitable for all ages from the time menstruating begins. It is also suitable for Men to help support hormone balance.

The Wild Yam contained in our Wild Yam Cream is in a therapeutic dose that works in synergy with the other ingredients for optimal effect meaning it not only targets menopausal symptoms, but also helps with the emotions that come with menopause and works to calm your body and mind.

We recommend using Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for 2-3 months minimum for optimum results.  Some women have told us that they noticed the effect the cream was having when they stopped using it (and then quickly restarted!). See 'How To Use' below for specific usage instructions.

Question: Will the Wild Yam Cream give me relief from my endometriosis?

Answer: We have had some amazing results with our Wild Yam Cream but always recommend consulting a Health Practitioner if you are unsure of usage.

Question: Can I use Wild Yam Cream if I have or have had breast cancer?

Answer: If you have, or have had breast cancer, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using Wild Yam Cream as wild yam contains phyto-oestrogens.

Question: Can I use Wild Yam Cream if I am using a contraceptive pill?

Answer: If you are using a contraceptive pill, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using Wild Yam Cream.

How to use

Apply a finger-tip sized amount (1 x finger-dip up to the nail bed) to wrists, inner thigh, inside of arms, top of breast or abdomen. We recommend you alternate the site of application to keep the body reactive.

For women who are still menstruating: Apply morning and night (so twice a day) for 3-weeks of the month (the 3-weeks you are not menstruating).

For women who are no longer menstruating: Apply morning & night (so twice a day) for 3-weeks of the month (choose 1 week of the month to not apply the cream. For ease of remembering, we suggest you choose the first or last week of the month).

For Men: Apply twice a day (morning & night)

We recommend using our Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for an extended period of time for optimum results (for some it may take 2-3 months, others 1+ years).
