The Herb Farm Subscription:

Minimum Term: By signing up to The Herb Farm subscription service you are committing to a minimum of three subscription orders before being able to cancel or amend the Subscription Order. Subscription Orders cannot be cancelled or amended during this minimum sign up period.

You can sign up to The Herb Farm subscription service for all your skincare and body care needs by adding your items to the cart using the "Subscribe" option when shopping online.

By choosing this service you automatically receive discounted prices on all recurring subscription orders of natural Herb farm goodies of up to 20% off! You can choose how frequently you would like to receive your new product (every 4,6, 8 or 12 weeks).

VIP Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with subscription orders. 


Subscription Flexibility (once Minimum Term has been reached):

Once the Minimum Term has been reached (3 Subscription Orders), as a Herb Farm Subscription Member you have the flexibility to manage your subscription. You have complete control over:

  • Subscription order dates and order frequency
  • Address & payment details
  • Subscription cancellation
  • You can also skip your upcoming order and add/swap any of the subscription products we offer anytime you like!

Updating credit card details, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping date, changing the shipping frequency, skipping your next order, changing the selection of products, or cancelling a subscription completely can be done at any time (once the Minimum Term has been reached) by registering, and logging into your Herb Farm account.

You must cancel, at least 24 business hours prior to your next shipment date, otherwise the product will be processed. 

The Herb Farm Subscription Shipping & Delivery:

Subscription orders sent within NZ are eligible for free shipping if the order is over $20.00 NZD, otherwise a $8.00 NZD shipping fee will be charged for each order.

International subscription orders are eligible for free shipping if the order total is over $179.00 NZD otherwise a standard international shipping fee of $39.00 NZD will be charged for each order.


Cancellations (once the Minimum Term has been reached): 

To cancel your subscription this can be done at any time (once the Minimum Term has been reached) by logging into your Herb Farm account. You must cancel, at least 24 business hours prior to your next shipment date. Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next shipment date may result in that order being shipped. In this situation, the customer may return these items and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened and in a sellable condition.

The Herb Farm collects, retains and updates personal information about you which you provide both:

directly, for example, by you sending us an email enquiring about information on The Herb Farm services or events, or to go on mailing lists; and

indirectly through your use of this site and the services and functionality offered through it.

You can request to be removed from any The Herb Farm mailing list by unsubscribing at the bottom of an e-news letter. Your rights of removal may be subject to any additional terms which apply to the relevant list or service.

We will not trade or sell any of the personal information you have provided to any third party without your consent.

Transactions made on The Herb Farm’s website are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are only used for the purpose of transaction fulfilment. We do not store cardholder information. We use a secure payment solution to process online orders. You’ll be able to see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The payment page enables us to offer you a safe and quick online shopping experience.


Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the Contact Us page to email us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.

Any returns due to quality issues must be within 3 months of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds or accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don't like the scent or product for any reason.

We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement. (Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.).


Our gift vouchers have a expiry of a year from purchase date. Vouchers are to be treated like cash and if lost no refund will be given. Change will not be given from vouchers. Expired vouchers will not be redeemed unless prior approval has been given. 


Unless specified, discount codes can only be used on The Herb Farm branded products. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount code cannot be applied to value gift packs, bundles and sets unless specified.

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this site provided you only use that content for informational, non-commercial purposes. General Terms and Conditions (applicable to all Herb Farm Promotions and Facebook Giveaways):

Offer is available to New Zealand residents only.

Unless specified otherwise, offer not available in conjunction with any other offer.

The Herb Farm reserves the right to alter an offer at any time.

Offers and discount codes which are valid for one use per customer only are determined by the customers name and physical address, the customer may not use different email addresses to use the code or offer more than once per customer.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the promotion, the decision of The Herb Farm shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

- If possible, bottles and jars are to be washed and have labels removed.
- Customers will be rewarded 10 VIP points per item (jar/bottle) only.
- These VIP points will be added to a customer's account within the following 3--7 days.
- Empty bottles and jars can be couriered to our physical address (86 Grove Road, RD10 Palmerston North 4470) at the customer's own expense.
- Empties can only be returned to our Ashhurst store. These cannot be returned to any of our stockists.
- Please ensure you have a VIP account and you provide your name and email details in order for points to be rewarded.


Anyone who visits The Herb Farm store or signs up online can join The Herb Farm VIP Rewards program.

Customers cannot create multiple VIP Accounts to accumulate points or rewards, only one VIP Account per Customer is valid.

If activity contradictory to our terms, under the VIP Rewards Program, is suspected The Herb Farm reserves the right to modify or cancel any accounts or orders placed at any time and will refund any amounts paid by the customer for such orders.

Points can be earned through purchases in-store and online. Every $1 spent = 1 VIP point*.

Points can be earned by liking our Facebook page, following us on Instagram or buy writing a product review (Max 2 reviews per person per 30 days).

You must accumulate 100 points before they can be redeemed.

VIP rewards cannot be applied to Shipping Costs.

Once you advance to a new VIP Tier you will remain there for one year or until you gain enough points to advance to a new Tier. Your VIP Tier setting will be reassessed annually based on your points earnt the previous 12 months.

Rewards are valid for 12 months from issue date, with the exception of the Birthday Reward which is valid for 60 days.

VIP rewards cannot be used by another customer.

VIP rewards are not available on purchases made at The Herb Farm Café.

VIP rewards are redeemable for Herb Farm Products only at The Herb Farm Store, Grove Road, Ashhurst or online at www.herbfarm.co.nz

VIP Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with subscription orders, some store offers or promotions.

Rewards cannot be used to purchase The Herb Farm or The Herb Farm Café gift vouchers or gift cards.

VIP’s must identify themselves as a VIP when making a purchase. Points cannot be added to your account at a later date.

Earned points will be deducted from your VIP account for products returned.

The Herb Farm reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP Rewards Program at any time.

To be a VIP you must be subscribed to our VIP database in order to receive information and be contactable. If you unsubscribe then your VIP account will no longer be valid.

Reward points are not earned on gift vouchers when redeemed.

Coupons can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

*excludes purchases of Soothe & Repair Flax Seed Oil.


VIP promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions running at the time.

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for another product or redeemed for cash.

VIP offers are available for the time frame in which specified and will not be extended in any circumstance.

The Herb Farm reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the promotion, the decision of The Herb Farm shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.


Only skincare items purchased on www.herbfarm.co.nz or at The Herb Farm Retail Shop or from one of the stockists named on our website and with proof of purchase (signing up for a customer account is a great way to keep track of purchases) may be accepted for the Right Product Guarantee.

You must activate the Right Product Guarantee within 30 days of purchasing the skincare product.

We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. However, the shipping of returning the product and sending the replacement are covered by us.

Through the consultation process and sampling, you will receive an accepted replacement skincare product. We cannot replace a skincare product more than once.

We work in consultation with you to find the right product for your skin within our product range, we do not offer refunds sorry.

Right Product Guarantee is only applicable to the following Herb Farm Skincare products which are related to skin type: Cleansers, Exfoliators, Toners and Face Creams excl. Mens Moisturiser.
