How does it work for Retailers?
To take part, please register your interest via the above T&C's acceptance form.
All participants must read, understand and return a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions. This can be done via manual form, emailing a copy of the form or by registering using the above T&C's acceptance form) Once confirmed you’ll be added to the Participation List.
To activate the promotion, an initial order of $400 is required. This must include at least $200 worth of healing and therapeutic products (this includes our Wild Yam Cream). Retailers can run the in-store promotion for four weeks, concluding by 30th September 2025.
A sales report must be submitted within two weeks of the promotion ending. Once the report is reviewed and approved, a credit note for the free products will be issued and applied to your account.

Terms & Conditions
Order requirements:
An inital order of $400 or more, with at least $200 of this spend on Healing and Therapeutic products (including Wild Yam Cream), Must be placed between 21st July - 31st August 2025.
Promoional period:
The promotion must run for 4 consecutive weeks.
You can choose your own start date, but the promotion must end no later than 30th September 2025.For example: if you start on 1st August, your promotion will run until 29th August, 2025
POS display:
POS materials provided must be used as intended. Additional materials may be requested from The Herb Farm head office.
Reporting:
A full sales and free product report must be submitted within 2 weeks of your promo ending. It must be exported directly from your POS and sales system, clearly showing total sales during the promo period. Please include the total number of free products given away in the body of your email.
Final cut-off for submitting report is 16th October 2025. Any forms submitted after this time will not be accepted for credit.
Credit will only be issued to stores that have signed and returned this form.
Credit process:
A credit note (no cash reimbursement) will be issued for the free product value, applied to your account.
The Herb Farm reserves the right to update promotional guidelines or amend these terms if required.
