The website will automatically calculate the shipping cost for each order. For international orders we always double check the freight cost before sending your order and will notify you for any change to the shipping cost. We reserve the right to change the shipping cost if it has been calculated incorrectly on the website. Order value is calculated on cost therefore applying a discount code or gift voucher may cause your order to drop below the free shipping threshold.
We send all New Zealand orders by Courier Post via Vertical Logistics, including rural delivery. All international orders are sent by DHL. These are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Any missing or undelivered parcels will not be replaced and any additional charges relating to tax within the customers country will be at the cost to the customer. We currently do not ship to Hong Kong or China.
Please note we must have a physical address to send orders to. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
New Zealand orders delivered by Courier Post will not be left at your house unless you are home. A card for call will be left. If you would like the order left if you are not home please specify this on your order but The Herb Farm will not replace any missing orders that have been left on request.
All products shipped from The Herb Farm store are packaged in compostable bags made from corn starch, PLA and PBAT. All printing is done with a non-toxic ink making our packaging 100% earth friendly and a natural alternative to traditional plastic based courier bags.
